Bayfield Vehicle Hire is proud to be one of four local businesses who funded a local scout group’s recent residential trip to Windsor.
Bayfield Vehicle Hire joined fellow Shropshire based companies; web developers Six Ticks, mobile tyre fitters HomeTyre, and PR experts J&PR, to fund a two day trip for local Bayston Hill Beaver Scouts.
Jason King, Managing Director of Bayfield Vehicle Hire, comments:
“We were proud to partner with some great local businesses to help to part-fund the trip to Windsor which included a fun day out at Legoland.
“We were able to help twenty-two children aged between six to eight years old to go on an amazing trip where they visited Legoland, but also spent time studying towards their badges and learning new skills in map reading and robotics.
“Supporting the local community is really important to our staff, and all of our depots are always keen to support great local causes.

“The trip [was] a big part of helping the Beaver Scouts to achieve [their] badges, to develop their physical and social potential and work towards the wider aims of ensuring they are responsible citizens and members of their local and national communities.”
After the trip, the team from Bayfield Vehicle Hire was very grateful to receive some brilliant handwritten thank you cards from the Beavers. We loved reading the comments which included:
